Client Service Managers are involved in planning, administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services as well as maintaining customer relations. The tasks undertaken in this position can vary widely, depending on the type, size, and location of the business in which you are employed, and can provide a challenging, but satisfying role. Often tasks may include managing, motivating and developing staff, develop and renew client service policies, liaise with organisational units, sales agents, and customers, recruitment, providing technical support to managers, identify areas for improvement, ensure product and services quality standards, managing events and undertaking promotional and educational activities.
