A marketing coordinator's primary responsibility is the design and coordination of marketing strategies, products and events. Working along side senior marketing professionals, marketing coordinators must keep in constant communication with other marketing professionals, suppliers and contractors to produce and distribute marketing deliverables such as brochures, Web content and other marketing publications. Copywriting for such material may also be another responsibility together with managing and supervising media marketing campaigns, events and projects.
