Supporting staff in applying for grants or nominating for awards and fellowships related to their teaching and student learning.

Promoting Excellence Initiative (PEI)

Developing linkages between the University and the resources and programs of the ALTC. The Promoting Excellence Initiative was designed by the ALTC to increase its interaction with higher education institutions.

Research and Policy

Providing "start up" support for staff applying for teaching and learning grants in positioning their work in relation to literature, including current ALTC projects. Supporting CTL staff in evaluating their work, researching teaching and learning initiatives, and interpreting teaching and learning policy.
