Using the Export command

Select the references to print in the Library Window
Ensure that the required reference style is selected
Click File > Export
Save the file as Rich Text Format (*.rtf).

The font used with the Copy Formatted command is the EndNote General Display Font. Alternately, you can highlight the text and change the font from within Word. The paragraph spacing can be changed by selecting the text then Format > Paragraph
