Many of our University of Newcastle alumni travel to see the world enjoying adventures, while also gaining invaluable work experience.
The London Alumni Co-ordinator, Mark Arkinstall, is eager to meet with fellow UoN alumni who are based in London, or those visiting London.
Mark is an Associate / Structural Engineer at Arup, in London. He graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Honours class 1 in 1995.

LONDON CONNECTIONS
There have been several “London Connections” held over the last few months, where alumni have come together on a weekend afternoon, at The Green Man Pub. Some even travelled from outside of London to be there.
Mark said, “It was like life-long mates catching up - the shared Newcastle history was enough to bridge the boundaries of not having met before.”
