Call for Presentations
THIS FORUM IS INTENDED FOR INDIGENOUS RESEARCHERS
AND ACADEMICS TO PRESENT THEIR RESEARCH WORK OR WORKS IN PROGRESS.
Indigenous researchers are encouraged to give
presentations within the forum theme:
"Centering Indigenous
Voices in Research"
This Forum will actively explore innovative and
creative culturally appropriate expressions of research outcomes.
As a result we encourage a broad spectrum of presentations which
embody this. This does not discount the more traditional Eurocentric
model of presentation that most of us operate within.
Presentation formats may include:
- 20 minute papers (20 minute question time)
- Talking circles
- Panel discussions
- Poster presentations
- Creative works and performance
- Displays and exhibitions
- Film
- Forums for post-graduate issues
- Workshops
- Debates
- Other formats considered
