Organisational Development

Organisational Development offers a range of developmental programs and workshops designed to enhance the skills of University staff. They also provide, upon request, a broad consultative service to Academic and Administrative units in the areas of:

• Facilitating workshops
• Developing customised courses
• Assisting with implementation of new workplace structures
