Dr Gilbert Price, Centre for Microscopy and Microanalysis, The University of Queensland will present this informative and necessary short seminar based on his research into how Biodiversity is increasingly used as a conceptual focus for the formulation of conservation policies and practice, primarily in response to the strongest themes underpinning the founding work on biological diversity: species extinction and habitat loss.
