Exhibition Checklist
| Friday 17 August | Entry form and $10 fee per work due at the Watt Space Office or Gallery by 5pm |
| Sunday 21 August 4-8pm | Delivery of artworks to the gallery no later than 8pm Sunday |
| Monday 27 August | Tuesday 28 August Exhibition installed |
| Wednesday 29 August 11am | Exhibition opens to the public |
| Thursday 30 August 6.30pm | Exhibition opening and announcement of prize winners |
| Sunday 16 September 5-7pm | Collection of unsold artworks |
