Students to take control of their future

Information sessions designed to inform year 10, 11 and 12 students about career options and study pathways will be held across the Hunter and Central Coast during March.

Information sessions designed to inform year 10, 11 and 12 students about career options and study pathways will be held across the Hunter and Central Coast during March.

The 'Plan Your Career' sessions are a joint initiative of the University of Newcastle, Hunter TAFE, Local Community Partnerships, Centrelink's Career Information Centre and secondary schools.

Parents are also encouraged to attend the sessions and discover the options available and how best to support their son or daughter through the final years of study and as they embark on their career.

Representatives from each of the initiative partners will be available to speak with students and parents about subject selection, career options and study needs.
