Archibald Prize winner exhibits Force of Nature

Unseen work by Archibald prize-winning artist Euan Macleod will feature in the latest exhibition - Force of Nature - at The University Gallery.

Unseen work by Archibald prize-winning artist Euan Macleod will feature in the latest exhibition - Force of Nature - at The University Gallery.

Curated by renowned Sydney artist and friend Leo Robba, the works are drawn from two expeditions to the Flinders Ranges in South Australia last year.

Force of Nature will be on display in The University Gallery from Wednesday 29 April to Saturday 30 May 2009. The University Gallery is open Wednesday to Thursday from 12 - 6pm and Saturday from 12 - 4pm.

As part of the exhibition, The University Gallery will also present two public programs.

  • Euan Macleod and Leo Robba will give a guest lecture at 12.30pm on Wednesday 13 May 2009.
  • An Artist's Talk with Euan Macleod and Leo Robba will be held at 3pm on Saturday 30 May 2009. This will be followed by an exhibition closing celebration with the artists from 4pm - 6pm.
