More than 2,500 students will be given a taste of student life when they visit the University of Newcastle for the annual Schools Visit Day.
Year 12 students from across the Hunter, Central Coast, Mid-North Coast and New England regions will be on campus to get the information they need to make decisions about studying at the University.
School Visit Day is an excellent opportunity for senior secondary students to get the information they needed to make informed decisions about their future.
At School Visit Day students will hear about a range of different degrees and subject areas they can study at the University. They will have an opportunity to speak with current students about what studying at the University is like, and explore all aspects of life on campus.
Presentations and tours will take place throughout the day. Sessions to explain the process of applying for university, fees and scholarships, and assistance available to students have also been scheduled.
The University of Newcastle School Visit Day will be held at the Callaghan Campus on Thursday 30 June from 9am to 3pm.
