Newcastle a key part of Australia's solar future

The University of Newcastle is part of a $66.5 million research consortium responsible for accelerating the development of the Australian solar industry
 

The University of Newcastle has been announced as a research partner in the Australian Government's Moree Solar Farm project.

Under the project, $66.5 million worth of research will be conducted to enhance the performance, resilience and impact of the Moree Solar Farm and accelerate the development of the solar industry in Australia.

CSIRO will lead a consortium of researchers from The University of New South Wales, The University of Newcastle and Hunter TAFE
