 This Procedure was rescinded from 1 January 2012.

The procedure is provided for courses commenced prior to 1 January 2012 where an application was made in accordance with this procedure.

For courses commenced on or after 1 January 2012, refer to the Adverse Circumstances Affecting Assessment Items Policy 000939 and the Adverse Circumstances Affecting Assessment Items Procedure 000940.

Amendment History

Academic Senate approved the rescission of this Procedure, effective from 1 January 2012 [8 June 2011 (AS11:086)]. The Procedure will be replaced by the Adverse Circumstances Affecting Assessment Items Policy [000939] and the Adverse Circumstances Affecting Assessment Items Procedure [000940] from 1 January 2012.
