The tour dates and venues (updated as known) for our 2012 Rock and Water tour are listed below.

Please note the following:

Registrations can be completed on-line through our secure registration system or a form can be downloaded (see below) and either faxed (if paying by credit card) or posted.

No invoices can be raised. Our registration form once completed is a Tax Invoice. A tax receipt will be emailed to you once payment has been received. The University of Newcastle's ABN Number is 15 736 576 735

In the event of unforseen circumstances the Family Action Centre reserves the right to change or cancel workshops

Our Liability Waiver and cancellation policy are detailed on our registration form and below.

We welcome enquiries from organisations/schools with suitable venues willing to host a workshop.

Level II Advanced Training

Workshop fees - 2 day
$950.00 (inc GST, manual and catering)
Pre-requisites: Completion of the Rock and Water three day workshop and one year extensive Rock and Water experience in teaching the program to students is essential.

On-line registrations are not available for the Level II Advanced Training workshop.

Incidentals

LIABILITY WAIVER: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in the Rock and Water training and activities of my own free will and intentional act. I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events.  I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that I am, as a result, able to participate in the events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked or emailed three weeks prior to the commencement date and then will be refunded less a $80.00 processing fee. Cancellations received within three weeks of the commencement date will not be refunded although the registration can be transferred to another participant for the same workshop.  No refunds are given for no-shows.  The cancellation policy applies once you have registered on-line or faxed through your registration form.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN BEING A HOST SCHOOL / VENUE

If you're interested in being a host school you will need a school/organisational hall with a wooden floor at least 20m x 30m (basketball court size). For hosting you will receive two free placements (valued at $1,500) or $1,000 host fee. You will be committed to providing the necessary requirments and you will have an important promotional role to ensure that the local community is aware of the training. Other conditions apply.
