Flow Cytometry

The Flow Cytometry subunit of the ABRF is available for analysis of multiple cellular and particle parameters, and additionally for fluorescence activated cell sorting. The ABRF Flow Cytometry subunit currently comprises three instruments:

• BD FACSCalibur Benchtop Analyser (3-colour Flow Cytometer)
• BD FACSCanto Benctop Analyser (6-colour Flow Cytometer)
• BD FACSAria Cell Sorter (9-colour Flow Cytometer and Cell Sorter)
