NHMRC - Research Grants Management System (RGMS) |
NHMRC grant applications are completed and submitted on-line. Applicants also complete an ‘RGMS Profile and CV’ – components of which automatically populate grant applications. In addition, endorsement and certification of each application is completed on-line by the Chief Investigator and Research Administration Officers. Post-award Information (payment dates/amounts, reporting, outstanding conditions) on all grants is also available for Research Office only use. Outcomes are also available to researchers in RGMS. |
NHMRC schedules regular maintenance windows during which time access to RGMS is not possible. The NHMRC are in the process of releasing the system to finance staff to manage all payments to the University. Also will eventually manage all reporting to the NHMRC by researchers and finance as well as variations/transfers. |
