This scholarship was established in 2009 to provide assistance to willing, industrious students from a Toronto Area Public High School who otherwise may not be able to undertake tertiary education.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must meet the following criteria:

• Be enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate program within the Science, Health or Education disciplines
• Be enrolled full-time.
• Not hold another scholarship
• Have studied at least one of Physics, Chemistry or Advanced Mathematics in the final year of study at Toronto Area Public High School and has resided for at least one year in Toronto area while a public high school student

Required Documentation

If this documentation is not provided your application will not be processed.

After you have submitted your application, please print off the cover sheet provided and attach a copy of each piece of required documentation to it before sending in.

Provide a written statement (maximum 2 A4 pages) outlining the applicants educational history, personal achievements and accomplishments, future goals along with how the scholarship would assist in their studies, career aspirations and in the longer term

Please include Year/s attendance at Toronto Area Public High School.

Selection

Selection of the scholar will be on the basis of:

* academic merit, namely Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR)

* a written statement (maximum 2 A4 pages) outlining the applicants educational history, personal achievements and accomplishments, future goals along with how the scholarship would assist in their studies, career aspirations and in the longer term .
