Technical Assistance Request
Commercial Services has implemented a new system for providing technical support with the goal of providing an overall higher level of service then what has been previously provided. The new process is that technical assistance requests and information requests are now to be logged through this support form rather than calling or emailing any of the commercial services team directly.
Operating Hours: Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) will be attended to between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
SLA: Commercial Services will endeavour to have responded by the preferred communication method to all TARs within 24 hours of them being lodged and where possible have the identified issue resolved within this period. For more time critical issues please mark the priority level as high when lodging this TAR.
