Strategic Information Technology Committee (SITC)

The IT Governance Committee (ITGC) was established in August 2005, initially to oversee the IT Program of Work underpinning the shared support services model at the University.  The Terms of Reference were amended in June 2011 to align with the revised IT Governance framework outlined in the IT Strategic Plan 2011-2015, Access through IT, which included the establishment of IT advisory groups reporting to the ITGC.  The Committee was renamed the Strategic Information Technology Committee (SITC)

The Strategic IT Committee provides advice to the Vice-Chancellor on matters including the long term IT Strategic Direction for the University and monitoring the delivery of the IT Program of Works through the approved IT governance framework.
