If you did not attend the Callaghan graduation ceremony

You were asked to complete the online Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form. In this form you selected one of the following three options:

  1. Defer to a future graduation ceremony
  2. Collect your graduation documents (Testamur, AHEGS and transcript) because you cannot attend graduation
  3. Have your graduation documents posted because you cannot attend graduation

NOTE:  Graduation documents (Testamur, AHEGS and transcript) will be available for collection on dates specified below. Uncollected graduation documents will be progressively mailed after this time.

Defer to a future graduation ceremony

If you indicated your preference to defer your Graduation in the online Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form your documents will be held at the Graduations office until you attend your ceremony.

Collecting your graduation documents

If you indicated your preference to collect your graduation documents, they will be available from the Hunter Hub, Student Services Centre, Callaghan Campus during normal business hours (9am - 5pm) from Monday 30 April 2012 to Friday 25 May 2012.

NOTE: Your graduation documents will only be released to a family member or friend if you have provided  express written authority from your UoN email accout.  Please ensure the email clearly states your name, student number and the name of the person you are authorising to collect your documents. This request must be sent to graduation@newcastle.edu.au. All persons collecting graduation documents will be required to provide photo identification and sign a statement that they have received the documents.

No documents will be released if you are indebted to the University. For enquiries regarding debts (including library fines and tuition fees) please contact Revenue on +61 2 4921 8876 or email: revenue@newcastle.edu.au.

Posting your graduation documents

If you indicated your preference to have your documents posted to your mailing address please ensure we have your most current mailing address on myHub. If you need to update your mailing address and no longer have access to myHub you can do so by emailing enquirycentre@newcastle.edu.au from your UoN email account. Graduation documents will be mailed by registered post AFTER the Graduation Ceremonies.

What if I didn't fill in the online form but want my graduation documents posted

Again, please ensure we have your most current mailing address on myHub. If you need to update your mailing address and no longer have access to myHub you can do so via GRADLINK. Your graduation document will be mailed by registered post AFTER the end of the collection period.
