The section titles on the front page are hyperlinked to the document, and the "H" on the bottom left of each page in the footer takes you back to the front page - much easier to navigate
The "Draft in Progress" of MovingOn here replaces the School Leavers Directory from 2011. Please note that the cross referencing of page numbers is incomplete, and some new pages are still being compiled.
You'll need the free Adobe Reader to view both Directories >> download from Adobe website
About the Directory
The regional Hunter/Central Coast School Leavers Directory for students with a disability or ongoing medical condition has been compiled and produced by the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO Newcastle/Hunter).
The Directory contains detailed information on all post-school pathways, and is designed to assist staff and students with a disability explore what options are available. It will also be a useful tool for people with a disability in the community, however, only school leavers are eligible for the ADHC "Community Participation" and "Transition to Work" Programs.
New MovingOn Directory - replaces above
The current version is being updated at the moment (February 2011), and is available in draft form above, soon to be completed. The current Directory is still very useful - the only significant change is that Job Network has changed to Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Networks are now Disability Employment Services, and some of the providers have changed as a result.
