Staff Communication
A key finding in the University's 2010 Your Voice staff survey was a desire to improve staff communication and collaboration across the University. In response, the University has focused on reviewing and refreshing its approach to staff communications and engagement.
In 2011 a number of staff were appointed into key communications roles and who now oversee the coordination and distribution of messages that reinforce the centrality of people to the core mission and operation of the University.
The University aims to deliver a holistic, unified and consistent approach to this information dissemination. As a result, a new electronic all-staff newsletter, called In the Loop, a renewed staff landing page, screen savers and digital signage have been made available for staff communications.
These improvements mean that the University can now effectively communicate its strategic vision and objectives, as well as news and operational information that impact on your experience as a UoN staff member.
