Peformance Goal Setting

Performance goals are short to medium term (0-3 year) objectives related to work in the employee's current poistion.  Goals are aligned with the University Strategic Plan through the School/Divisional Operational Plan, and categorised into Key Result Areas (KRAs).   Goals are written in S.M.A.R.T format and are mutually agreed.  Choose from the links below for more information.
