Plasma Monitors (for display of computer presentations or video)
AMX Presentation Control System (used for selection of inputs to the data/video projector and to control audio level)
Document Camera (can be used as an electronic overhead projector to display information via the data projector)
Telephone and Video Conferencing. Telephone conference equipment can be booked by telephoning 4921 5345.
VHS/DVD Combo Player (for replay of VHS Tapes or DVDs).

Catering in the Chancellery

For meeting rooms in the Chancellery, tea, coffee and biscuits are available for morning and/or afternoon tea, on request. 

Morning & Afternoon teas are to be pre-ordered through the Newcastle Catering Partnership via calling extension 15340.

At the conclusion of the meeting please return the beverage/food trolley to Kitchen 2 (outside of the Canberra Room) and dispose of leftovers into the bin provided and place all used crockery etc into the dishwasher. Your assistance with keeping the meeting rooms clean and tidy is appreciated.
