Action planning 2011

A lot is going on in response to your feedback in the Your Voice staff survey in 2010.

Improvements are being made in local areas and across the University.

Pro Vice-Chancellors and Heads of Division have updated the Vice-Chancellor on local actions which are progressing well.

Across the university, we are focusing on improving communication with you and your colleagues, which was one of the key suggestions in the survey's results. To facilitate this we have appointed a number of staff into key communications' roles and are implementing a staff communications' plan and a student communications' plan.

To keep you in the loop, we are revitalising the staff webpage and are developing an electronic newsletter which should be available in October. We are also undertaking preliminary work on a staff portal for the future.

The action planning template at the link below should still be used to progress local level action planning. A brief dotpoint guide is also included on the template.
