NUSTAR Registration

Who should have a NUSTAR account?

Any general or academic staff member who requires or would benefit from direct access to student information.

Application Procedure

New Staff
Staff who have not yet been assigned or are not aware of their UNI_ID (eg XYZ987) and password will need to contact IT Services to obtain this information. These details are needed before completing the NUSTAR Account Registration form.

Existing Staff

  • If you have an existing UNI_ID (eg XYZ987) please print out the NUSTAR Registration Form (see Registration Form links below). After it has been signed by a relevant authority, send it to the NUSTAR Security Administrator, Student System Support, Student Services Centre.
  • Obtain NUSTAR Account Registration
  • Login to NUSTAR

Changes to User Security

If you have recently moved positions and your NUSTAR access requires adjustment due to this change, please complete the NUSTAR Security Change Request Form Individual.

If a number of staff members in a particular work area are required to undertake additional work on a permanent basis, or functionality has been developed that their unit will be utilising, please complete the NUSTAR Security Change Request Form Group.
