Technology One Financials
Technology One Financials V11.9 Connected Intelligence (Ci) is a web enabled application with significant enhancements in information enquiry and reporting. It combines features commonly found on the web such as hyperlinks, with the look and feel of a Microsoft Office user interface.
An array of functionality exists in TechnologyOne Ci for users, including:
- Drop down menus and tabs
- Alerts and reminders
- Favourites
- Drop and drag analysis
- Drill down options to review detailed information
- Options for reporting outputs such as email, available output file types and scheduling when reports are to run
- Creating invoice requests - in local currency
- Creating purchase requisitions in local or foreign currency
- Tracking invoice requests from the point of requisition to invoice creation
- Using workflow to access saved invoice requests
- Easy to follow requisition approval process (where appropriate)
- Executive Information Enquiries
- Published reports – both Crystal Reports and XLOne Reports
