Biography

Dr Helen Bellchambers is a Senior Lecturer and First Year Experience Coordinator in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Following a career as research assistant in the SoNM, Helen completed her Masters and PhD which both focused on quality medication practices by nurses. Her clinical expertise has been predominantly older person nursing, but she is now exploring ways to improve the first year experience, including academic, clinical and social experiences of nursing students.
