Teaching expertise
Drawing on her experience as an occupational therapist in mental health Kirsti has responsibility for curriculum development, teaching and course co-ordination of courses relating to mental health and psychosocial wellbeing and group work in occupational therapy. Kirsti also teaches qualitative research methods.Kirsti is also involved in projects associated with her teaching role which include, facilitating a program supporting male students who are a minority in occupational therapy, coordinating the Occupational Therapy Seminar Series and developing innovative options for professional placement in mental health.
