The Workplace Agreements provide paid and unpaid parental leave for a primary carer, partner leave, personal leave, and dependant care support amongst other provisions.

Staff are encouraged to speak with their supervisor about their needs as soon as they can, so that all reasonable adjustments can be made, while having a minimum impact on the workplace.

The Equity & Diversity Unit or Human Resource Services can provide assistance in coming up with creative solutions to the challenge of managing home and work responsibilities.
