The HRIS team is responsible for:

  • The administration and maintenance of HRonline
  • The administration and maintenance of Alesco
  • Data integrity and organisational reporting


The Alesco system manages functions like:

  • Staff Personal and Job Details
  • The University Payroll
  • Staff Training Programs
  • Budgeting
  • Leave Processing
  • Superannuation
  • Executive Salary Packaging

The HRIS interfaces with many of our other corporate information systems.

HR Reporting

The HRIS Team provide statutory and ad hoc reporting.  To request a report, complete the report request form and email it to: As reports can be quite complex and time consuming to produce, please allow as much notice as possible to enable the team to meet your deadlines.

To ensure confidentiality and privacy are maintained, appropriate authorisation is required prior to the scheduling of any report.
