This menu covers user access to the following areas of the system:
Selecting this option allows a staff member to run a report and list a timeline of their occupancies within their selected job. It also allows the user to drill down to individual occupancies within that job. To learn how to use this screen correctly, click here.
Work Pattern Enquiry
Selecting this option allows a staff member to enquire on their work pattern for a definable period. Enquiries regarding Work Patterns are performed by entering a date, and then the number of days to be displayed. The date entered will appear in the middle of the dates displayed. This is particularly useful for staff who work on a part-time basis and want to verify their days of work.
