Staff, Furniture and Equipment Relocation

Infrastructure and Facilities Services is responsible for all staff, furniture and equipment relocations for the University, including setting up facilities for examinations, graduations and functions of all types, relocating offices and various porterage work.

To request a relocation of furniture and/or equipment please complete a Maximo Relocation Request. If you are needing to arrange for a "Group" move of staff please contact Infrastructure and Facilities Services directly.

Note: furniture purpose-built for a particular space needs to stay and cannot be relocated.

Relocations require approval of the relevant PVC, Head of School, Head of Division, Service group or Manager of Unit.
